I eat when I’m low. I drink when I’m weak. That’s it.
Prayer potions bring back prayer points. Super combats boost attack, strength, and defence (all) at once. Ranged and magic potions help if you’re using those styles.
They’re not optional. They’re mandatory.
Stamina potions refill run energy. Antipoison cures poison fast. Super restores fix everything.
